Small Drinking Water System Designate Operator

Under Section 6 of Regulation 319, Small Drinking Water Systems, every owner  is required to designate an operator who will have primary responsibility in regard to fulfilling any of the operator’s duties under this Regulation relating to requirements for sampling, testing and receipt of results and submission of reports.
