CTS Enforcement and Complaints

Peterborough Public Health (PPH) values the input of community members to ensure that the services provided at the Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS) site are safe. As per the Ontario Public Health Standards' Consumption and Treatment Services Compliance and Enforcement Protocol, 2021, PPH is responsible for completing annual inspections and investigating public complaints related to the CTS site at 220 Simcoe St. Please use this form to submit complaints about the health and safety concerns at the CTS. This form will only only take a few minutes to complete. All of your answers are private and confidential.
