Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) Results - Peterborough

The survey will only take a few minutes to complete and all of your responses will be kept confidential.  If you wish to submit results on behalf of other individuals in your home or family, you can reuse the QR code/URL multiple times.

Results of this survey will be used for:

• Monitoring percent positivity in our region
• Providing an early warning detection for local settings
