Report an Overdose or Drug Poisoning in Peterborough City and County

An overdose is a medical emergency. If you are experiencing an overdose, CALL 911.

This form is for people to submit an anonymous report about suspected harmful drugs, bad reactions to drugs and other drug-related events happening in Peterborough City and County, Curve Lake First Nation and Hiawatha First Nation. This site is checked regularly for new reports.

You do not have to answer all the questions, but the more information you provide the more helpful it is to others. Please DO NOT include names or other identifying information in any of the comments. The information collected will be reviewed by Peterborough Public Health staff and used to guide public health actions within our community, including helping us warn people about bad drugs. The reports are anonymous. Your participation in this form is completely voluntary and since no personal information is collected your identity will remain anonymous. Please answer as many or as few questions as you like. The only question that requires a response is number 1. If you only have anecdotal information you would like to share, please feel free to skip to the last question. You acknowledge that by submitting this form you consent to participating in the data collection.
