If you require immediate assistance or need an alternate format, please call the Region at 519-575-4400 or TTY 519-575-4608 to reach a staff member 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You have the option of providing anonymous feedback. If you choose this option, we will not be able to follow up with you to provide updates or ask for more information to resolve the issue.
